4. Partial Refunds

  • Project Cancellation Mid-Development: Refund of unused portion after deducting completed work
  • Scope Reduction: If project scope is significantly reduced during development
  • Mutual Agreement: When both parties agree to terminate the project early

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
