5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. However:
- Digital Pixel retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio
- Any third-party components remain the property of their respective owners
- Source code and development methodologies remain Digital Pixel's intellectual property
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Provide necessary content, images, and materials
- Ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Pixel's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Third-party actions or content
- Force majeure events
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client pays for work completed up to termination date
- Digital Pixel delivers completed work portions
- Both parties return confidential information
